To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nitro Bunny Racing and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nitro Bunny Racing and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
